Includes Keyboard Switcher, a Windows utility providing four characters per key, eliminating most ANSI codes, and also providing two keyboard layouts: 1) Traditional Laotian layout, or 2) Logical layout keyed to English keyboard. Vowels or tone marks automatically overstrike the preceding letter. You can easily mix English and Laotian text.
