Conforms to all Windows Platforms Conforms to Windows 3.1, Windows NT, Windows 95 and other Windows platforms ATOK9 enables easy Japanese-language conversion for the individual user or in an office network environment.
A New Interface Taking Ease of Use into Consideration ATOK9 is outfitted with an operation palette that assigns buttons to frequently used functions and a character palette that allows the user to select and input difficult-to-read kanji(Chinese-characters) from a list.
More Powerful Input and Conversion Functions Automatic input correction function (JAC) This function will correct alphabetical inputting mistakes, as well as sonant mark mistakes when the user is inputting kana characters, and this results in conversion of kana into correct native syllabary or kanji- compounds.
More Sophisticated and Powerful Dictionary The dictionary has been upgraded and expanded, mainly with the addition of business vocabulary, proper names, place names, numerals and counters, and compound verbs. There are approximately 160,000 entries.
AMFLED (ATOK Multi-Flexible Dictionary System) Provides a Choice of Dictionary-use Methods Independent, interconnected or network-type dictionary-use methods can be selected to match the user environment and objective.
