Telugu

Telugu, a major language of southern India, has its own alphabet. In the illustrated text, grammar is introduced in brief dialogs with buildups, explained in structural terms, and illustrated in pattern sentences. Dialogs for Lessons 1-12 are recorded. Telugu material is in transcription with intonation indicated by diacritics. The glossary is Telugu-English. 6 cassettes (9 hr.) and 345-page text.
