English Input: English sentences need to be edited to simple-structured and straight-forward-meaning sentences following the rules required by EZ JapaneseWriter.

Japanese Sentences: Japanese sentences are composed by using 6,353 Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana, which are properly mixed according to the writing rules of the Japanese language.

Combined English/Japanese: A letter/fax containing both English and Japanese will allow the Japanese person tc grasp the essential points by scanning the Japanese version and then reviewing the English, if required, in more detail.
