Text Reader in Spanish
General Description :
It reads text files in Spanish language, or loud speaks whatever
typed via keyboard, using the voice of the User. It could be useful
for a wide range of users, from blind and dumb people, to personal
use in office, home, study. The current version reads text files
of the standard type ASCII, but It could be obtained a version to
recognize the special characters of a particular word processor.
It has the possibility to:
- Adjust: volume, frequency, duration of each individual sound.
- Adjust: Syllable duration (as a whole for any word)
- Adjust: Speed, Volume, Trebble, Bass.
- Pause: to suspend the reading of a file.
- Cancel: to cancel a reading.
- Search: To find a particular set of words inside a text file
under reading.
- Register Controls: To record all those mentioned above, and
use them later.
Technically: It requires a minimum equipment:
- Windows 3.1
- 386 with at least 4 Megabytes of Memory.
- Sound card, SoundBlaster-16 (or compatible) (If you want to
generate a version with your voice, a microphone)
