OpenPost's file folders and notes are organized by colors, time/dates and text headings based on users' own intuitive methods of managing information. Within five minutes, anyone can understand how to use OpenPost and then apply their own personal methods for storing and retrieving information.

Incoming mail is announced in the form of a small letter icon at the bottom of your screen. All incoming mail is also stored in a separate note file for easy reference.
