• PowerPC-based Mac OS-compatible computer
• KanjiTalk 7.1.2 or System 7.1.2 and Japanese Language Kit
• 8MB of free RAM (RAM not used by the System or other applications)
• CD-ROM drive, connected directly to the computer or accessed over a network
• 7MB of free hard disk space (if all auxiliary files are installed)
• ADB port for hardware key

Recommended system

• 12MB of free RAM (or more for graphics-intensive documents)
