107 Languages Recognized by Recognita OCR
Recognita OCR products can handle over 100 languages. This feat means being able to distinguish between some 360 characters. Most OCRs on the market don't go beyond 200 (just enough for the West European languages).
The product is equipped with dictionaries to improve OCR accuracy and make suggestions during proofing. These are already available for some 15 languages, with more being added. Users have a wide choice of setup and screen languages, with comprehensive code page support (up to and including Unicode).

The Language Enhancement Package adds recognition capability for 32 additional languages, most of them used in Central and East European countries. In these countries, the Language Enhancement Package is included in the original Recognita Plus package. It is also part of the Recognita Form and Recognita DTK products.
