Ithaas provides stories from Sikh History, video from the Golden Temple in Amritsar and games based around Punjabi language. The five stories are about Guru Arjan Dev, Guru Teg Bahadur, The Hero's of Chamkaur, Nawab Kapur Singh and Sharanagat Kaur. These have been created in a spoken form so that very young children will be able to gain from using the program.
