The TalkKey application is the second part of the Chinese Speech Partner (Text To Speech) package. It is designed for your convenience while you are using the Chinese system. It can pronounce each Chinese character, phrase, letter, number and punctuation marks you are typing, allowing for more accurate Chinese typing and a more enjoyable experience. It is also an alternative way to learn new Chinese characters.

TalkKey supports all word processing applications of Windows 3.xx and Windows 95. For Windows 95's Chinese environment (C-Windows and P-Windows), it supports Notepad only.

When you input Chinese with TwinBridge Chinese Partner, you may find that TalkKey is not able to read the upper case letters. It can only read the characters and symbols which are displayed on the input prompt line.
