Overview

• UnionWay's AsianSuite software is a suite of multilingual Windows applications which run on any of the following Microsoft Windows products and offer simultaneous support for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean:
• Windows NT
• Windows 95
• Windows 3.x
• Windows for WorkGroups 3.x
• Chinese, Japanese, or Korean versions of Windows
• The AsianSuite products allow you to use your existing English based software, such as Microsoft Word, to process far-east Asian languages.
• There are three main parts to AsianSuite. They are the Chinese module, Japanese module, and Korean module. They can be purchased individually or as a set. As a set they can be purchased as either:
• Asian StdPack (1 bitmap font for each language, limited input methods)
• Asian ProPack (1 bitmap & 1 TT font for each language, full input methods, limited utilities)
• Asian SuperPack (1 bitmap & 4 TT fonts for each language, full input methods, full utilities)

• Works with Windows NT, Windows 95 and Windows 3.x, 3.x for WorkGroups allowing the use of Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean at the same time. Also compatible with Chinese, Japanese, or Korean versions of Windows 3.x and 95.
• Simultaneous multiple code-page support for CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) and Unicode.
• Support for additional language modules to create a truly multi-lingual environment.
• Support for thousands of English applications including Microsoft Office, Lotus SmartSuite, Novell PerfectOffice and WinFax Pro.
• Internet viewing with any browser including both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
• Compatibility with PageMaker, PhotoShop and CorelDraw 5's Rotate, Fit Text to Path and other similar functions when using double byte characters (such as those used in many Asian languages).
• Dynamic adjustment of the space character's width in double byte fonts to assist with text-wrapping.
• Quick display of double byte text with its fast display mode.
• Multiple Chinese input methods including Pinyin, Zhuyin, Cangji, English-Chinese, Cantonese and others. Chinese IME also provides an Intelligent mode for PinYin and ZhuYin methods thus allowing tone input to be enabled or disabled via a keyboard map.
• A choice of Japanese input methods including a high quality roma-kanji as well as the kana-kanji input method.
• A choice between Hangul and Hanja Korean input methods.
• Availability of additional CJK TrueType fonts (high quality Chinese traditional and simplified fonts as well as Japanese and Korean fonts).
• Automatic mapping of English fonts to CJK bmp and TrueType fonts.
